Selling
1. Connect Stripe
To start selling on Closet Moll, you'll need to set up a Stripe account. It's a quick and easy process that will allow you to receive payments directly from buyers.
2. Take Clear Photos
Capture the features of your clothes. Square photos taken in natural light work best!
3. Add Product
When uploading your item, include a detailed description, size, and price. You can choose from a range of shipping methods, including door-to-door courier service for just €8.50 with Fastway Couriers.
4. Package Product
Congrats! You made a Sale! Check the buyer's chosen shipping method. We recommend mailers or padded envelopes for courier or posting. Notify the buyer you're packaging the product in the 'Sales' tab to keep them updated.
5. Ship Product
Depending on what shipping method the buyer chose, you can either have the courier or buyer come to you to collect, or post it yourself! Mark the item as ‘shipped’ in your Sales tab so the buyer knows it’s on the way!
6. Leave a Review!
Reviews help other buyers and sellers know what to expect with other closets. Be honest in your experience. You will also receive a review from the buyer.
7. Receive Payment
You will receive the payment into your Stripe account which you can transfer directly to your bank account.
Buying
1. Add Product to Cart
When you find an item you love, add it to your cart and make sure you don’t wait too long before checking out. There is only one item of everything and someone else might have it in their cart too!
2. Checkout
Pay with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed through Stripe, a speedy and safe payment platform.
3. Select Shipping Method
Choose a shipping method. You can choose from; free local collection, door to door courier service or standard post.
4. Check Purchases Tab for Updates
On your Dashboard you can stay updated on the seller’s progress. See when they are packaging the item and when it has been shipped. If you choose to collect it yourself, you will find contact details here. The seller will have left an email or phone number for you to get in touch with them to make arrangements.
5. Receive and Review
Once you receive your product make sure to leave a review. Reviews help other buyers and sellers know what to expect with other closets. Be honest in your experience. You will also receive a review from the seller.
