Shipping

You have the choice of 3 different shipping methods on Closet Moll.

1. Free Local Collection

For Collection, the seller will leave their contact information (phone number or email address) for the buyer in the 'Purchases' tab after checkout. It's the buyer's responsibility to contact the seller to arrange the collection. The seller can decide where to meet - it could be at their house or another location.

2. Standard Post

With Standard Post, the seller sets the postage price, which the buyer pays at checkout. Afterward, the seller packages the item and ships it using their preferred shipping method. It's up to the seller to decide whether to track the package or not.

3. Door to Door Courier

Courier service is provided by Fastway Couriers at a flat rate of €8.50, no matter how many products are purchased. Once the sale is made, the seller will receive a reference number to track the courier collection. The courier will contact the seller within 1-2 days to arrange the collection. The package should be delivered to the buyer within 5-6 days of purchase.
