Refunds and Returns

Please note that all sales made through our website are final. As a platform, we do not facilitate refunds or returns. The responsibility for any transactions made between the buyer and the seller lies solely with them. We are not liable for any issues arising from the sale, including but not limited to faulty products, incorrect sizing, or shipping delays. Our role is solely to provide a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and complete transactions. Please make sure to carefully read the product descriptions and check all details before making a purchase.

However, if you have received a product that does not match the description there are 2 ways in which you can request a refund.

1. Contact the Seller directly

If the seller agrees to a refund they can issue it immediately through their Stripe account under Payments. They can also issue a partial refund if you both come to that agreement.

If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller the next step is to:

You can request a chargeback through your card issuer. Payments are made through Stripe who can reverse the charges if your claim is approved.

Returns

Any returns are arranged between the buyer and seller. Closet Moll advises using tracked postage for any returns.
